Are we alone in the wellness suite?

Yes, you are completely alone and not sharing the facilities with any other people.  We are not a hotel and do not have other guests at the same time.  Once the main door is closed, there is no outside entry possible.

Can we stay overnight?

At the moment, we are unable to offer accommodation but we recommend Hotel Rigi in Vitznau empfehlen. In 2022, you will have the possibility to combine your wellness visit with a stay in our holiday house.

Is it possible for more than 4 people to be in Harmony Wellness? 

Online bookings are limited to 4 people only.  Please contact us directly if you are wanting to make a booking for more than 4 people.  

 

Once our renovations are completed, there will be place for up to 8 people.  Watch this space!

What do we need to bring?

In Harmony Wellness, you will find towels, shower gel, a bathrobe, slippers as well as Herbal Tea and water.

 

You are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

What payment methods do you have?
You are able to pay by credit card at the time of making a booking online.

If you choose not to pre-pay, we accept cash for payment upon arrival.  Credit cards are not accepted upon arrival.

Cancellations

Please advise of cancellations as early as possible.  Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the reserved time will be issued with a Gift Voucher for the value of the booking.  The Gift Voucher will be valid for 2 years.

When I have health issues or I am pregnant, can I still use the facilities in Harmony Wellness? 

Please be aware of the following:

• We advise you to consult your doctor before coming to Harmony Wellness Suite should you have high or low blood pressure, a heart condition or other medical conditions.  Spa and sauna use is not recommended for such conditions.

• If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor beforehand.

• Harmony Wellness Suite has ensured that sufficient safety precautions have been taken and therefore does not take responsibility for any accidents that occur on site.

• Children under the age of 16 are not permitted​

Is there anything else I should be aware of?

• We ask you to leave the wellness suite on time.

• Slippers are yours to keep!

• Please leave behind all bathrobes and towels.  Any missing items will be billed accordingly.

• Drink plenty of water following the sauna and spa.​
