Will my voucher be extended due to the closure in 2024 or the renovation work in 2024/2025?

Yes, absolutely! Vouchers will also be extended due to closures related to our renovation work.

​What payment methods do you have?

You pay by credit card or Twint at the time of making a booking online.

Do we have the wellness suite to ourselves?

Yes, the wellness suite is for your exclusive use and will not be shared with anyone else. We are not a hotel and we have no other guests. Once we have closed the doors, there will be no public access to the wellness suite.

Can we stay overnight?

You will have the possibility (from 1 March 2025) to combine your wellness visit with a stay in our holiday house, Chalet Oz, which is located behind our family house where the wellness facilities are located.  Please click here for reservations.  Please note there is a minimum 2 night stay.

Is there a bed in Harmony Wellness?

Harmony Wellness is a private wellness suite that is part of our family home. We therefore do not provide hotel facilities such as beds.

Can more than 4 people be in Harmony Wellness at the same time?

Once our renovations are complete, there will be space for 6-8 people in Harmony Wellness.

 

What do we need to bring?

We provide towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, bathrobes and slippers, as well as tea and water, but please bring anything else you need.

 

You can also bring your own food and drinks to the wellness suite.

 

There is also the option of having food delivered by Just Eat.

Cancellations

By making a reservation, you agree that a gift voucher will be issued for all cancellations in the value of the cancelled booking. The voucher is valid for 2 years.

Please understand that this also includes cancellations due to illness, as I am unable to find a replacement booking at such short notice.

If I have health issues or am pregnant, can I still visit Harmony Wellness?

Please note the following:

• If you suffer from high or low blood pressure, a heart condition or other health issues, we advise you to consult your doctor before visiting the Harmony Wellness Suite. It is not recommended to visit the sauna and spa if you have such complaints.

• If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor before your visit.​

 

Is there anything else I need to know?

• Harmony Wellness Suite ensures that adequate safety precautions have been taken and does not accept any responsibility for accidents that occur at our facility.

• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Unfortunately, the Harmony Wellness facility is not handicapped accessible.

• We ask that you vacate Harmony Wellness Suite promptly.

• Please leave all robes and towels. Any missing items will be charged for.

• Drink plenty of water after using the sauna and spa.

How much does an exclusive sauna session in Vitznau cost?
A 2-hour exclusive sauna session at the Harmony Wellness Suite Vitznau costs from CHF 95 for 1–2 people or CHF 120 for 3–4 people.
Included are private sauna use, shower, relaxation area, towels, slippers, and still water.
