– Your booking is confirmed and binding once payment has been received

Cancellation policy – Wellness & Sauna-Only

In the event of a cancellation, a gift voucher equal to the amount paid will be issued.
The voucher is valid for 2 years and is transferable.

Please note that this policy also applies to short-notice cancellations due to illness, as private wellness sessions are prepared individually and cannot be rebooked at short notice.
