• 2 days of private access to the Harmony Wellness Suite

  • Choose 2 out of 3 available time windows during your stay:

    • Arrival day: 15:00 to 22:00

    • Second day: 11:00 to 22:00

    • Departure day: 8:00 to 10:00

• Exclusive use of the wellness facilities

  • The Harmony Wellness Suite includes a hot tub set within a sheltered glass and timber pavilion, a Finnish sauna, an experience shower, and a relaxation area. Complimentary herbal teas are available during your wellness time.

• The key for access to the Harmony Wellness Suite will be provided for you in a secure key locker.

• Wellness amenities included

  • Bathrobes, slippers, and towels

  • Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner

• You choose your preferred travel dates for your stay at Chalet Oz. You are welcome to check availability in advance via the calendar or contact us directly – we are happy to assist you with planning.

• We will personally coordinate the appropriate wellness time windows with you.

• Once confirmed, your wellness times are reserved exclusively for you during your stay.

• This ensures that your wellness experience fits seamlessly with your stay and that the Harmony Wellness Suite is available to you for private use.

Peaceful location in Vitznau

Chalet Oz and Harmony Wellness Suite are quietly and centrally located in Vitznau, just a few steps from Lake Lucerne and close to Mt Rigi. The surroundings invite leisurely walks, time in nature, and a slower pace of arrival.

 

Relaxed planning

Wellness times are already included in the getaway and coordinated personally with you. This allows you to enjoy your time away without planning stress or waiting on site.

 

Time for yourself

Your wellness times are intentionally scheduled to be calm and unhurried, leaving space for relaxation without distraction.

 

Important information

• Use of wellness times

  • The two included wellness sessions can be chosen flexibly – either on the arrival and second day, or alternatively on the morning of departure.

• Number of guests

  • The stated prices apply to a maximum of 4 guests.

• Children

  • Children under 16 may use the wellness facilities only when accompanied by an adult.

• Care and preparation of the wellness facilities

  • The wellness areas are refreshed and prepared between your booked sessions for your comfort. A full deep clean takes place after the end of your stay.

• Towels and bathrobes are replenished after each use. We kindly ask for considerate use.

• Sauna use

  • The sauna requires approximately 60 minutes to reach the desired operating temperature. You are welcome to let us know your preferred start time in advance. When possible, we will prepare the sauna accordingly.

  • For safety reasons, the sauna switches off automatically after 4 hours.

• Food and drinks

  • You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks into the Harmony Wellness Suite.
