There are 2 different types of vouchers available:

• Value voucher – total cost of a wellness experience

• Fixed price – CHF50, CHF100, CHF150 or CHF200 deposit for a wellness experience. The remaining amount is paid by the voucher recipient themselves.​​​​​

Print@home vouchers can be completely personalised.

You can use your own photos or those we provide

Payment for Print-at-Home vouchers are via Credit Card or Twint.

Postal gift vouchers are printed on a voucher template and sent directly to your address. Please note that it is not possible to include an image or a personal message with postal gift vouchers.

Payment for Postal Delivery

At present, payment for vouchers sent by post is only available by credit card.

Delivery

Postal gift vouchers are posted within 2 days of receipt of payment.

Validity

In the event of unforeseen closures, such as a COVID lockdown, renovation works, or family-related reasons, the validity of the vouchers will be extended accordingly. All Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years. Exchange and cash redemption are not possible.
