The price includes a CHF 100 cleaning fee for Chalet Oz and Harmony Wellness.
Available from March to December and April to October, subject to availability.
Payment & booking conditions – Wellness Getaway
The Wellness Getaway is booked via the Chalet Oz booking system.
– Deposit of CHF 200 due at the time of booking
– Balance payable no later than 6 weeks before arrival
– For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, the full amount is payable in advance
– Payment by credit card or bank transfer
Your booking is confirmed and binding once the deposit has been received.
Cancellation policy – Wellness Getaway
Free cancellation
Cancellations made more than 5 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
50% refund
Cancellations made 3 to 4 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total amount.
No refund
Cancellations made less than 2 days before check-in are non-refundable.
No-show
If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date (no-show), the booking will be forfeited without refund.
Cleaning fees & tourist taxes
– Cleaning fees are included in the total price and will be fully refunded in the event of a cancellation
– Tourist taxes are not payable in advance and are charged separately upon arrival at Chalet Oz
Extenuating circumstances
In the event of exceptional or unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, flight cancellations, or force majeure), a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly if the cancelled dates can be rebooked.
Supporting documentation may be required.
